Lead Global Learning Strategy

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive our global learning strategy, embedding values and behaviours across the enterprise.

This is a critical role in supporting our 2030 priorities, requiring strategic learning leadership to drive capability, performance, and cultural transformation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global learning strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of impactful learning products across digital and core formats.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and establish clear metrics for measuring impact.
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape learning priorities and develop tailored learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless global services and manage supplier relationships.
