Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

The Financial Operations Coordinator will handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions using the finance system. The role involves managing accounts payable, recording income and expenditure, preparing bank account reconciliations, and performing tax clearance checks.

\

The successful candidate will also assist with payroll, Revenue returns, and preparation of management accounts, budgets, and forecasts. Additionally, they will manage the Fixed Asset Register and support End-of-Year Accounting requirements.

\

Other key responsibilities include assisting with procurement processes and documentation, reviewing procurement documentation, and maintaining the contract register.

\

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal, management, planning, and organization skills. You must have proficiency in Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and Adobe, as well as strong written and oral communication skills.

\

A relevant qualification in accounting or a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role is essential. Experience in the public sector or reporting to the public sector is desirable.

\
