We are seeking a skilled professional to drive business and product growth across EMEA. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, online media knowledge, and a commitment to customer success. They will work collaboratively with our team to shape the future of advertising in the AI era, making a significant impact on millions of companies and users trusting our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve quarterly business and product growth goals, delivering excellent experiences to our advertisers within EMEA.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through proactive business identification and collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Establish relationships via calls or email, designing marketing strategies using product knowledge to deliver results.
  • Consult with C-level clients to meet online marketing and business goals using our marketing solutions like YouTube, Google Search, and Display Network.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Fluent in English to support client relationship management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy.
  • Experience in hunting, acquisition, and within a start-up environment.
