Job Title: Key Account Development Manager
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Development Manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a set of customer accounts, generating quotations, and developing incremental business with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key account management of existing customers through strategic account planning and relationship building
- Sales administration activities, including generating quotations and order processing to support sales teams
- Customer sales visits as required to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Outbound sales calls to generate and develop incremental business from existing clients
- New customer development through cold calling and leveraging industry networks
- Achieving sales and profitability targets in line with company objectives by consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Requirements:
- Previous Chemicals Sales/Account Management experience with a proven track record of success
- Strong network across Industrial Sectors in Ireland
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers
- Ability to work on their own initiative and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a strong focus on delivering results-oriented solutions
