Job Overview

As a business development professional, you will play a key role in informing the go-to-market strategy through feedback from sales and marketing. You will be responsible for identifying high potential companies who can benefit from Klaviyo's solution.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute prospecting strategies to generate opportunities
  • Partner closely with experienced account executives to develop and execute messaging across multiple channels, industries, and personas
  • Contribute learnings and best practices to the outbound process and team members to support the success of peers
  • Uphold values of accountability and effort in all activities
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of work experience, preferably in an inbound or outbound BDR role at a marketing technology company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English and German (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously seek improvement
