Seeking a results-driven Account Executive to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our software solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve or exceed quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at our existing and prospective customer organizations
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with our product development and marketing teams to stay up-to-date on product offerings and market trends

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the software industry
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales methodology education (e.g. Sandler, Miller Heiman)
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Fluent in English and Italian language
