Key Account Development Specialist

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our client's commercial team as a Technical Sales Executive.
The role will involve delivering day-to-day support to customers by ensuring that all proposals and enquiries are dealt with in a professional, timely and accurate manner.
You will be accountable for managing sales and enquiries, scheduling and planning, customer interaction and engagement, account management, and customer service and aftercare.
This is an ideal chance to work with an impressive interdisciplinary and entrepreneurial team, requiring talented, enthusiastic, and up-and-coming individuals who have the drive and motivation to support the ongoing development of a dynamic and growing business.
- The ability to manage customers and an account base while recognising new business opportunities.
- A technical aptitude and/or vehicle parts knowledge.
- Leaving certificate or of graduate calibre.
- Problem-solving skills, confidence, self-belief, and a structured approach while being highly organised.
- A keen eye for detail and ensuring the effective administration of sales processes and procedures.
- The desire to develop industry relationships and accumulate industry knowledge.
- Good listening and communication skills at all levels through all mediums.
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience in the automotive sector/dealership or B2B support services is desirable but not mandatory.
