Key Account Business Developer

**Job Overview**
Brightwater Capital, LLC is looking for a highly skilled Key Account Business Developer to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining relationships with key clients in the FMCG industry.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Negotiate and deliver joint business plans that meet the needs of both parties.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on client interactions and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum four years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a Key Account Management or National Account Management role.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
