Job Summary
Sales Development Representatives at SurveyMonkey play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers for our enterprise solutions. This role involves proactive outreach, strategic prospecting efforts, and working closely with Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities for SurveyMonkey's products. Qualify inbound leads to determine potential fit and readiness for sales engagement. Conduct Zoom, phone, and email engagements with prospective customers to understand their business needs and set a meeting with an Account Executive. Utilize CRM and task management tools to track and manage lead interactions, ensuring accurate reporting and pipeline visibility.

Requirements
We're looking for highly motivated, goal-oriented individuals with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with experience with CRM tools or willingness to learn. Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is also beneficial. Familiarity with outbound sales techniques and prospecting tools is required, as well as fluency in both written and spoken French.
