We are seeking an experienced Payroll Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining two core international payroll platforms - ADP GlobalView and Celergo.

About the Role
  • Manage updates and enhancements to GlobalView and Celergo platforms
  • Project manage cross-functional payroll-related change requests
  • Lead or contribute to operational risk assessments and root cause analysis
  • Support ongoing system maintenance, compliance alignment, and reporting
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have proven project management experience within global payroll or HRIS systems, as well as strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a matrixed global environment.

You will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Tax, Legal, and external vendors to support updates, troubleshoot escalations, and drive operational enhancements.

Must-Have Experience
  • Proven project management experience within global payroll or HRIS systems
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a matrixed global environment
  • Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView and/or Celergo
  • Comfort navigating tax, policy, or compliance-driven system changes
Nice to Have
  • Strong Excel (pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and vendor relationships
