
Financial Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Accounts Assistant.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, VAT returns, and assist with the preparation of management accounts and year-end financial statements.
- Manage payroll processing for a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with PAYE, PRSI, USC, and other statutory obligations, as well as submitting returns via Revenue Online Service (ROS).
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, with a strong working knowledge of Irish payroll and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting and payroll software such as BrightPay, Sage Payroll, and Xero.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
- Strong communication and client service skills, as the role involves regular interaction with clients and team members.
