Job Title: Departmental Leader

Are you a highly motivated individual with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for Biological Sciences?

  • We are seeking a Departmental Leader to join our team, responsible for the efficient management and control of assigned departments.
  • As a key member of our faculty, you will lead academic programmes at department level, including teaching, research, programme development, and design.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct staff of assigned departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for departmental growth and development.
  • Provide academic leadership and scholarship on existing and new courses.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A first or second-class honours degree in Biological Sciences or a related discipline from a recognised degree awarding authority.
  • Not less than five years relevant professional experience in industry, research, or teaching.
