Job Summary:

The Procurement and Payment Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating procurement and payment processes within the Accounts Payable team at Maynooth University. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in procurement and payment procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating procurement and payment processes
  • Managing and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Liaising with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with all tax and public sector requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience in procurement and payment procedures
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards software an advantage
