We are seeking an ambitious and organized individual to fill the position of Secretarial and Administrative Assistant at GPC Finance. As a Company Secretarial Administrator, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients.

Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of company annual returns
  • Preparing high-quality company minutes
  • Offering comprehensive administrative and secretarial services
  • Participating in General Meetings and Board meetings, taking minutes as necessary

To excel in this position, you will require a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication and time management skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
