Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Delivery Driver to deliver exceptional service to our shoppers. As the face of our company, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Load vans efficiently and ensure roadworthiness
- Understand schedules and routes calculated for you
- Present a professional image in your uniform
- Drive safely and responsibly
- Provide excellent customer service
- Take care of customer deliveries with diligence
- Hold a valid full Irish or EU driving licence (manual or automatic) for at least 2 years with no more than 3 penalty points
- Be a safe and courteous driver
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Enjoy helping others and be personable
- Exhibit good communication skills and a sense of humour
- Have the ability to take initiative and use common sense
- Remain calm under pressure
