As a seasoned Employee Relations expert, you will play a pivotal role in navigating the intricacies of workplace dynamics.
About the Position- You will provide high-level support to managers and employees across various departments, handling a range of employee relations issues with tact and discretion.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating closely with People Business Partners, Managers, and Employees to provide guidance on policy interpretation and facilitate issue resolution.
- Handling sensitive performance, disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, and termination matters while adhering to established case escalation and notification guidelines.
- Ensuring thorough documentation and employee consultation procedures are followed in accordance with local requirements and company policies.
- Coordinating sickness cases with business leaders, including occupational health referrals, review meetings, capability reviews, and required accommodations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Managing audit responsibility for ISO compliance and contributing to policy reviews.
- Providing Manager training on Employee Relations best practices, trends, and mitigation strategies.
- Coaching and supporting People Business Partners in managing complex cases involving senior level employees/leaders.
Audit and Compliance responsibilities include conducting regular audits, implementing process improvements, and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to fostering positive workplace relationships and resolving conflicts efficiently.
