Administrative Support Coordinator

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join FBD Holdings plc and work in-house with a regulated entity.
Job Responsibilities- Draft agendas in advance of Board and Board Committee meetings for review and ensure timely distribution;
- Prepare comprehensive meeting packs for review and approval;
- Coordinate logistics for Board and Committee Meetings, including room reservations, catering arrangements, and travel organization as needed;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Company Secretarial Records;
- Liaise with Directors regarding availability and organize Director Training sessions according to the training schedule;
- Complete the Board and Board Committee checklist for meetings; Log all received correspondence;
- Handle queries and requests from clients, shareholders, auditors, and staff on a daily basis;
- Process invoices for the Company Secretarial Function;
- Represent FBD Holdings plc in a professional manner and enhance the company's reputation as client-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to providing exceptional service;
- Provide administrative support to the Company Secretarial Function;
- Support the Group Company Secretary with administrative tasks;
- A minimum of a Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification;
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential;
- Effective organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Strong written communication skills with proven ability to use English effectively;
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
This role involves occasional travel around Ireland, therefore a full driver's license is required, with mileage provided.
