Job Overview

This key role plays a pivotal part in the growth of our international division. It involves providing expert consulting and coaching to departmental leaders and managers, ensuring their alignment with our business vision, mission, objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Culture-Driven Initiatives: Drive forward-thinking strategies that harmonize with management's pace; facilitate feedback and process improvements using lean methodologies.
  2. Talent Development: Support continuous learning and skill enhancement through training programs; anticipate and address HR-related risks and opportunities.
  3. Strategic Leadership Alignment: Ensure leadership understands its role in achieving organizational goals by communicating strategic direction; act as a liaison to Learning & Leadership Development, Recruiting, and Marketing.
  4. Labor Relations and Workplace Mediation: Address labor relations matters, mediate workplace issues, maintain strong relationships with trade professionals; advise leadership on corrective action for misconduct or performance issues.
  5. Training Program Design: Design and implement training programs in coordination with corporate initiatives (e.g., Management Training & Professional Staff Development, IT Skills Training, Support Staff Enhancement).
Requirements:
  • 5–10 years of Human Resources experience, preferably within the AEC industry or related professional services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
