Residential Project Engineer

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process on various residential projects across South Dublin and North Wicklow. Your primary role will be to ensure that all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.

You will be working closely with sub-contractors and personnel on site to plan and coordinate daily tasks, as well as maintaining excellent relationships with the construction management team and site personnel. Your ability to use setting out instruments is essential, and you should be competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works coordination.

  • A Degree in Engineering or related discipline is required, and experience with commercial new builds, particularly data, pharma, and industrial projects, is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an engineering role with a main contractor in ROI is necessary.
