Customer Success Manager Role Overview
\This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a partnership or account management capacity\
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships\
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills\
