Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Customer Service Associate to manage customer relationships, including service and distribution activities for suppliers, customers, co-marketing partners, and intercompany toll manufacturing partners. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.

This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers through effective communication and proactive issue resolution. Additionally, the position involves managing correspondence, ensuring efficient information flow on orders, and coordinating logistics with contract manufacturing and toller plant sites.

The Supply Chain Customer Service Associate will be accountable for establishing and maintaining proper order files with relevant information, as well as maintaining customer contracts and owning LOPs and MRDs and/or supply agreements.

Key responsibilities include performing regular inventory reconciliations, managing shopping carts and service POs Replenishment, and maintaining sales forecasting process and managing replenishment alerts in APO.

Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have a third-level degree qualification, procurement/supply chain/logistics qualifications, and relevant experience. They should also possess good computer-based skills, particularly SAP or similar applications and MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.

Excellent planning and project management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and influencing skills are essential for success in this role.
