Customer Support Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional technical support to customers via multiple channels (email, screen sharing, chat) while adhering to established SLAs.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in our product suite, staying up-to-date on new features and functionalities.
  • Communicate complex solutions in simple terms to customers, documenting solutions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues and implement process improvements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the development of knowledge-base articles.
  • Participate in regular troubleshooting sessions and contribute to the improvement of our Support CRM.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in technical customer support, preferably in a SaaS or cloud-based environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, Networking, and Database concepts.
  • Experience using log management tools such as Datadog is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
