Project Transformation Lead

Drive impactful transformation and IT initiatives across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that drive growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic projects covering regulatory compliance, business development, IT infrastructure upgrades, and cloud migration.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring governance, documentation, risk/issue management, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Lead high-performing teams, ensuring clear objectives and timelines are met.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches depending on project requirements.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies, change management plans, and user adoption initiatives.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
  • Act as a liaison between IT groups, security, risk, and legal teams, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with headquarters, engaging with committees and leadership teams.
  • Cultivate trust with internal stakeholders, providing guidance and support to project teams.
Project Oversight:
  • Support and monitor project planning, budgeting, and coordination with headquarters.
  • Prepare reports and insights for internal and executive committees, highlighting project risks, opportunities, and forecasts.
Candidate Profile:
  • Third-level qualification in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Professional Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • Experience delivering complex transformation/IT projects with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a hands-on capacity, building processes in environments with less mature project frameworks.
