- Prepare key documentation, including job reports, quotations, risk assessments, and method statements.">
- Monitor shared inboxes, respond to general queries, and escalate matters when necessary.">
- Schedule activities, including technician deployment and site visit coordination.">
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and subcontractors.">
- Manage inbound calls and emails, offering prompt and courteous support.">
- Assist with customer complaints resolution and ensure proper recording and follow-up.">
- Track job progress and ensure operational milestones are met.">
- Support submission of project documentation and reports to clients and insurers.">
- Work closely with teams to ensure efficient delivery of services.">
- Provide administrative support to management and directors.">
- Maintain accurate and secure records for audit and compliance purposes.">
- Assist with stock control, supply ordering, and maintenance of asset registers when required.">
