Job Description

As a Regional Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new customers within your region. This field-based role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying business potential, and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving business growth by identifying and securing new customers within your region.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding new clients.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline using a CRM system.
  • Building expert knowledge of the local market, including competitor activity and business trends.
  • Strengthening relationships with internal depot teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Providing detailed sales reports and insights to track progress and performance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in a B2B & B2C sales environment is a plus, but not essential.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to manage your own schedule effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) is beneficial.
  • A full, clean Irish driving licence and access to a car for daily travel.
