Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and professional Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our hotel during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure excellent guest service, safety, and security.
  • Ensure that all hotel operations run smoothly and efficiently during night shifts.
  • Handle front desk responsibilities, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and complaints.
  • Monitor and maintain security throughout the premises, including regular internal and external patrols.
  • Supervise access to late functions and ensure only authorized individuals are admitted.
  • Oversee activity in bars and residents' areas, ensuring responsible alcohol service and a safe environment.
  • De-escalate any disturbances and report incidents to management or authorities as required.
Requirements:
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently during night shifts.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Calm under pressure and capable of handling guest issues or emergencies confidently.
  • Basic IT skills and familiarity with hotel systems (training can be provided).
