Transformation Product Manager

Job Description:

As a Transformation Product Manager, you will drive innovation and deliver exceptional value to customers by shaping the future of product development. This role is central to guiding successful launches, exceeding expectations, and leading end-to-end product life cycle activities from ideation to launch.

You will develop a comprehensive migration product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers. Your responsibilities will include managing discovery efforts, analysing client user scenarios, and creating a migration backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.

You will also oversee the creation and maintenance of key success metrics, including cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability. Furthermore, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of migration and gather crucial feedback to enhance product offerings and client experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in product management with advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Able to lead migration life cycle activities and manage successful client product transformation programs.
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, deployment processes, and strategies.
  • Strong organisational skills to plan, organise, and schedule technology resources effectively.
  • Technical concepts, Agile practices, and collaboration with technical staff as needed.
