Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing information on pension payments, payment methods, and international payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with information on pension payments, including handling requests on missing payments and providing information on previous payments.
  • Consult with customers on the most efficient payment methods available and provide them with information on their choice of payment methods.
  • Process changes to payment instructions and handle customer inquiries on Western Union and cheque payments.
  • Address miscellaneous customer queries, including handling proof of life procedures.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a customer service environment, preferably in finance, banking, or pensions.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
