Lead Product Manager for Go-to-Market and Proposition Development in Ireland

This is a senior leadership role that focuses on the development and implementation of go-to-market (GTM) and proposition strategies for Visa Core Products & Solutions in Ireland.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Irish financial services ecosystem, including new and emerging trends, regulatory requirements, and market landscapes. They will be responsible for leading end-to-end product and proposition narratives for financial services companies in Ireland, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

In this hybrid position, the Lead Product Manager will spend some days in office and others working remotely. This allows for flexibility and work-life balance while still being part of a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement go-to-market and proposition strategies for Visa Core Products & Solutions in Ireland.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of customer product strategy in Ireland, including short-term and long-term strategic planning and alignment with Country Manager.
  • Collaborate with counterparts inside assigned banks to develop deep understanding of their pain points and needs, and build relationships across technology, business, and delivery teams.
  • Run Account Executive, Country Manager, and client engagements, managing end-to-end process, including stakeholder plan, proposition workshops, tracking, and monitoring of progress.
Requirements:
  • Substantial knowledge of Irish Financial Services & payments ecosystem, new and emerging trends, regulatory requirements, and market landscapes.
  • Experience leading on end-to-end product and proposition narratives for Financial Services companies in Ireland.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills/ability to influence with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.
