Scheduling Services Liaison

The client support coordinator role plays a vital part in the organization of scheduling services for clients and caregivers. This rewarding career opportunity allows individuals to strive for excellent customer service and achieve a sense of fulfillment within the healthcare industry.
The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of scheduling experience, have exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills, and be an effective team player with excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Coordinate client/caregiver schedules to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Assign daily schedules to match client care plans and monitor ongoing activities.
- Update client information using internal software and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure timely recording of all communications regarding caregivers, clients, health and safety, and family members.
- Monitor and progress unassigned shifts, while scheduling rosters daily and planning ahead.
- At least one year of scheduling experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Available to work Monday to Friday from 9am-5.30pm.
