Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Governance and Outsourcing Oversight in providing assistance to other areas within the wider business.
- Predominantly responsible for ensuring compliance with and adherence to the firm's Outsourcing Framework and Operational Resilience Framework.
Requirements
- Experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective conveyance and articulation of ideas to diverse audiences.
- Ability to coordinate meetings involving numerous attendees from various locations.
- Background in managing Outsourcing and Operational Resilience Frameworks.
- Capacity to review, maintain, and update policies.
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks concurrently with multiple deadlines.
