Telecommunications Senior Account Manager Job Description

This role involves taking responsibility for high-value accounts in the Irish telecommunications market, including key decision-maker relationship establishment, and developing customer relationship plans to support decisions conducive to market landscape improvement and share enlargement.

  • Take lead in project operations as PD or core member of key projects, build pipelines and close deals.
  • Gain insight into customer long term strategies, understand customers' pain points in business, networks and services, influence customer requirements. Identify strategic cooperation opportunities, develop and implement strategic plan to achieve strategic cooperation.
  • Explore opportunities for market space expansion, guide win-win projects, solve customer problems.
  • Take lead in project negotiation, transaction model design, and project transaction and operation activities including dispute resolution and risk management in complex scenarios.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Dynamic sales strategy formulation and implementation.
  • New business opportunity identification and capitalization.
  • Strong client relationship building and nurturing.
  • Advanced knowledge in Telecommunication solution and service.
