Our organisation is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to provide day-to-day support across various HR activities, including recruitment, absence management and employee lifecycle processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an HR administration role, holding a CIPD qualification, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

We require someone who can manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and employee support.

In addition, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

This opportunity involves supporting employee relations cases, preparing HR data and reports, and coordinating employee engagement initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support.
  • Support managers and the HR Business Partner with employee relations processes.
  • Assist in preparing HR data and reports.

  • Candidate Profile:
  • CIPD qualified with experience in a generalist HR or HR administration role.

  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
