Job Description:

Adecco Ireland is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Dublin. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to the team by managing calendar scheduling, coordinating meetings, and assisting with event logistics. This includes handling resource management such as office supplies and hardware, supporting onboarding processes for new hires, and assisting with space planning and team management activities.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under the guidance of senior colleagues. You will be responsible for preparing meeting settings, coordinating events, managing supply inventories, and assisting with team space moves. Additionally, you will provide onboarding support for new employees, vendors, and interns under the direction of senior team members.

Key Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) of Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, and basic administration work.
  • Experienced using Microsoft Office Tools.
  • A valid full-time right to work in Ireland is required for this position.
