Deliver Exceptional Customer Service as a Dedicated Support Representative

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Cook Medical customers and internal stakeholders within EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders with precision through relevant company systems to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Customer Query Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and informative manner, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Logistics Coordination: Liaise with courier companies and internal teams to expedite delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Urgent Order Management: Manage urgent and emergency orders, communicating effectively with relevant teams to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Customer Feedback and Portal Promotion: Log customer feedback and promote the use of the Customer Portal when possible.
  • Customer Data Maintenance: Maintain and update customer data accurately as required.
