Our client is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide HR support and business partner for several legal and business services departments across the firm. They will be responsible for managing a variety of day-to-day HR operational activities such as payroll preparation, leave management, resource allocation, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement etc.;

Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in professional services ideally gained
  • Strong background in employee relations and operational HR delivery

  • Excellent communication, IT, and analytical skills
  • High levels of confidentiality, discretion, and judgement when managing complex matters
