
Production Coordinator

We are seeking a diligent and resourceful Production Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This role will entail a variety of production responsibilities, including assisting with all stages of production, booking crew, and managing day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company's online presence, overseeing health and safety, and solving IT issues.
As a key member of our team, you will be expected to provide support to directors and colleagues as required, and be responsible for financial administration, marketing, and other tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in all stages of production.
- Booking crew and being a point of contact for freelancers throughout production period.
- Organising travel arrangements and preparing itineraries.
- Arranging contracts and insurance.
- Preparing production documents using MS Office Suite and Google Docs.
- Responsible for the day-to-day running of a busy production office.
- Providing support to Directors and colleagues as required.
- Financial administration – issuing invoices to clients, processing payments, managing floats, providing information to bookkeeper and accountant.
- Marketing – Maintaining the company's online presence by managing external suppliers.
- Managing social posts – internally or with external supplier.
- Overseeing the health and safety of the office; solving IT issues, Drive management, etc.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- An ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A high level of IT literacy, proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Suite. Experience of InDesign and Canva would be an advantage.
The salary for this role is €38,000 per annum, and the position is 95% office based.
