We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Consultant to support our Enterprise sales team. This individual will play a crucial role in understanding complex customer business problems and translating them into effective solutions using Docusign's platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand complex customer business problems within assigned territories and client bases.
- Visualize customer internal systems and information topology.
- Map customer problems and systems to Docusign solutions.
- Establish confidence in recommendations via product expertise, custom product demonstrations, technical phone calls, workflow outlines, RFP/RFI responses, product roadmap discussions, and business process diagrams.
- Articulate selected recommendations.
- Deliver trusted, long-term, high-ROI solutions.
- Partner with sales to deliver on revenue plans.
As a key member of our team, you will be expected to exhibit proficiency in the core platform, including all current and future features. You will leverage knowledge gained from production deployments and customer experiences to communicate effectively with stakeholders and champion Docusign as the most secure partner for eSignature transactions.
