A Planning & Capacity Administrator is required to oversee applications from receipt to scheduling, support licensing and assessment teams, and ensure all processes are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and validate applications, ensuring compliance with timelines and procedures.
- Support scheduling, document management, and quality control processes.
- Maintain and update workflow systems and databases.
- Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Assist with non-product-specific administrative duties.
- Identify and escalate scheduling or resource issues to management.
- Contribute to performance targets, customer service standards, and departmental goals.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a busy office environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise large volumes of work.
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate typing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
- Experience in data entry and administrative support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
- Team player with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Annual leave: 22 days per annum, plus public holidays.
- Applicants must be fully eligible to work in Ireland.
