Water Resource Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hydrologist/Hydraulic Modeller to join our team in Belfast. With an increase in workload and exciting growth plans, this role offers the perfect opportunity for experienced professionals to take on new challenges.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering water resource management, hydrological, and hydraulic modeling projects, as well as managing client relationships and providing technical guidance to junior colleagues.
About the Role:- Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of water resource management, hydrological, and hydraulic modeling projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Team Collaboration: Provide technical guidance and support to junior colleagues, contributing to the mentorship and development of the team.
- Education: A degree in environmental science, civil engineering, geography, or a related field with a strong focus on hydrology or hydraulics.
- Experience: Several years of experience in hydrology, flood risk, and/or drainage, preferably in a consultancy background.
- Technical Skills: Significant experience in hydraulic modeling using 1D-2D modeling packages, flood risk assessments, and sustainable drainage systems design.
