GHL Recruitment is seeking a Part-Time Office Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Act as a point of contact for volunteers, members, and general inquiries.
- Support event coordination, communications, and database management.
- Assist with governance-related tasks, including compliance and reporting.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and document preparation for the team and board.
About You:
- You should have at least 2 years of experience as a PA or Office Manager.
- Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or WordPress is a plus.
- Previous experience in the charity/non-profit sector is an advantage.
