GHL Recruitment is seeking a Part-Time Office Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  2. Act as a point of contact for volunteers, members, and general inquiries.
  3. Support event coordination, communications, and database management.
  4. Assist with governance-related tasks, including compliance and reporting.
  5. Manage schedules, meetings, and document preparation for the team and board.

About You:

  • You should have at least 2 years of experience as a PA or Office Manager.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or WordPress is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the charity/non-profit sector is an advantage.
