Job Title: Office Administrator

We are recruiting for an Office Administrator to manage daily office operations, including organizing and maintaining office systems, preparing payroll, and issuing invoices.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to policies.
  • Prepare invoices and assist with payroll functions.
  • Schedule equipment movement from different locations.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, and redirect them as necessary.
  • Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve administrative issues promptly to maintain productivity.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong Sage or QuickBooks, Excel, and Word skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and work on own initiative.
Benefits:

The salary is based on experience and in the region of €30 - €32,000.
