Senior Administrative Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:- Calendar and Diary Management: Effectively manage complex calendars, coordinate scheduling, and ensure alignment of priorities.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize domestic and international travel itineraries, prepare detailed plans, and process travel claims accurately.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Presentation Support: Draft, edit, and prepare high-quality presentations and executive-level materials.
- Email and Correspondence: Monitor, prioritize, and manage incoming communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Systems and Processes: Manage purchase orders and ensure accurate use of corporate systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a professional point of contact for senior stakeholders, handling sensitive information confidentially.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience supporting senior leadership as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and experience with corporate systems.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to demonstrate discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive matters, with strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships.
