We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead global employee-centric processes and workflows as a Program Lead.
This role focuses on driving continuous improvement and transformation in our People Experience & Services team, delivering excellent People Services across the organization.
Our People Experience & Services centralizes administration of people data and processes, leveraging AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), analytics, and process re-engineering for sustainable excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead cross-functional projects to deliver exceptional employee experience and operational effectiveness throughout the employee lifecycle
- Partner with HR CoEs and business stakeholders to drive process improvements across People Services programs, data reporting, processes, and systems
- Develop and implement quality measures, reports, and KPIs to aid planning and realize ROI
- Drive regional and global People and Culture process optimization while balancing flexibility and localization
- Facilitate project scoping and priority setting, engaging key stakeholders as required
- Be the subject matter expert in HR processes and systems, driving process improvements across regions
- Act as change agent for PE&S, leading communications plans, impact assessments, and stakeholder feedback to manage change
- Develop and deliver self-service supports, including training, process updates, operating guidelines, and playbooks
- Participate in ad-hoc projects, user testing, and data validation for system enhancements
- Proven HR experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment
- Global HR experience with cross-functional and multi-regional collaboration
- Understanding of HRIS and data processes, preferably Workday, and generalist HR delivery
- Demonstrated leadership and proactive partnership across functional teams
- Results- and quality-driven with strong service orientation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
- PMP certification a plus; knowledge of project management methodologies, e.g., agile/scrum
- Experience as a project manager leading cross-functional change initiatives desirable
- Self-starter with drive to continuously improve processes and remove inefficiencies
- Ability to analyze metrics and trends to evaluate project success and manage risks
- Experience creating and maintaining project plans, reports, and dashboards
