About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Retail Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the store and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Planning: Develop and implement effective business plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Store Operations: Maintain accurate inventory records, manage cash handling procedures, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Deliver world-class customer service by responding promptly to customer queries, resolving issues, and making recommendations on products.

Requirements:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective business plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of health and wellness products and services to make recommendations to customers.
