Customer Service Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAD to join our team at Teamworx Ltd. As a Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Supervisory/Management role, excellent communication and delegation skills, and strong staff management and leadership abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Delivery
Deliver top-tier customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Maintain high standards of merchandising, presentation, and customer care. - Team Support
Assist the Site Manager in managing and organizing a high-performing retail team effectively.
Foster teamwork and a positive work atmosphere. - Operational Support
Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the retail unit.
Follow operational checklists daily across the shop and forecourt.
