Job Title: Guest Services Associate

About the Role:

The Guest Services Associate plays a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our hotel. This individual will work closely with our management team to ensure that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify areas to be serviced or cleaned, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain all public areas, including corridors, to an approved standard.
  • Operate vehicles safely and according to instructions.
  • Conduct deep clean services as per standard operating procedures and frequency.
  • Report any maintenance defects or issues affecting the quality of the guest experience and/or safety of the building.
  • Provide in-room amenities such as water, gifts, fruit etc, as per standards and protocols.
  • Ensure all guests' privacy and comfort requests are responded to immediately.
  • Remove and dispose of wet waste, glass, and recyclables efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products and their safe usage.
  • Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company protocols.
