Business Development Representative Role

As a Business Development Representative, your key responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential customers who align with our offerings. You will leverage our existing leads and generate new interest through strategic outreach efforts.

This is a role that requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team. You will have a working relationship with Account Executives and collaborate with them to develop innovative strategies for uncovering new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume prospecting for qualified leads
  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop and implement prospect strategies and plans
  • Schedule online product demonstrations for qualified leads while meeting monthly goals
  • Understand customer needs and challenges using sales methodologies
  • Cary out market research to expand our customer base

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong desire to be in Tech Sales
  • Sales/prospecting experience and high-growth environment experience are plus factors
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • A sharp focus on goals and a strong approach for achieving them
  • The ability to deal with objections and be open to coaching
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry
