Front of House Manager

A leading luxury resort is seeking an accomplished Front of House Manager to join its team.

  • This highly esteemed position involves overseeing the efficient operation of the front desk, including guest check-in and check-out, reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
  • The successful candidate will lead, train, schedule, and supervise a dynamic front office team, ensuring exceptional guest service delivery.
  • The role requires effective management of the front office budget, monitoring occupancy, revenue, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star property.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service.
