We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Spa Therapist. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing high-quality treatments and services.

Job Description:

You will work closely with our experienced therapists to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as Swedish massage, facials, and body treatments. Your role will involve maintaining a sound knowledge of treatments, packages, and promotions, as well as participating in demonstrations and events as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver extensive Facial and Body treatments
  • Maintain a sound knowledge of treatments, packages, and promotions
  • Participate in demonstrations/events as required
  • Ensure opening and closing procedures are performed according to SPA standards

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be expected to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will be proactive in understanding guests' needs and desires, and ensure that all interactions are conducted in a professional and respectful manner.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience 1-2 years desirable
  • Internationally recognized beauty qualification (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent)
  • Experience in Swedish massage and other types of massage
  • Experience in facials
  • A warm and caring personality
  • Willing to work as part of a team
  • Motivated and able to work on your own initiative to achieve personal sales targets
  • Have an advanced knowledge in skincare and ability to educate clients
  • Fluent English and flexible with hours
